Retreats and Stays
Retreats & Stays
WhiteLight offers quiet stays and small retreats for people who wish to step away from the noise of daily life and spend time in silence, nature, and reflection.
Some people come for a guided silent retreat. Some come alone for rest and healing. Some come with a small group. Some come simply because they need a few days to breathe, walk, sit quietly, and return to themselves.
WhiteLight is intentionally intimate. We do not offer a busy resort experience or a packed schedule. The space is best suited for those who are comfortable with simplicity, stillness, nature, and inner quiet.
Silent Retreats
Our silent retreats are created for those who wish to experience deep rest, meditation, and time away from constant conversation and stimulation.
During a silent retreat, the days are simple. There may be meditation, quiet meals, walks in nature, rest, reflection, and gentle guidance when needed.
Silence is not treated as something strict or heavy. It is offered as a support — a way to listen more deeply, soften the mind, and allow the body to relax.
These retreats are suited for people who feel tired, overwhelmed, inwardly full, or simply called to spend time with themselves.
Personal Stays
WhiteLight also welcomes individuals who wish to come for a few days of personal rest and reflection.
A personal stay can be a time to pause, read, journal, walk, meditate, sleep deeply, sit under the trees, or simply do very little.
There is no need to arrive with a fixed goal. Sometimes the most healing thing is to step away from noise and give yourself space.
Personal stays are ideal for those moving through transition, burnout, grief, uncertainty, or a quiet inner calling.
Small Group Retreats
WhiteLight can also host small, aligned group retreats.
The space is suitable for meditation groups, yoga retreats, healing circles, creative workshops, inner work programs, and intimate gatherings that respect the quiet nature of the land.
We welcome facilitators, teachers, therapists, healers, and guides who wish to hold sincere work in a simple, nature-based setting.
Because WhiteLight is small and personal, we prefer retreats that are quiet, thoughtful, and held with care.
What to Expect
A stay at WhiteLight is simple and slow.
You can expect nature, silence, open skies, mountain air, birdsong, earthy spaces, nourishing food, and time to be with yourself.
There may be walks, meditation, quiet conversations, rest, reading, journaling, or simply sitting in stillness.
This is not a place of entertainment or luxury. It is a place of simplicity, warmth, and quiet presence.
Before You Come
WhiteLight is best suited for people who are sincerely looking for rest, silence, reflection, and a deeper connection with themselves.
All visits are by prior conversation and confirmation.
If you feel called to come, please write to us with a little about yourself, what you are seeking, and the dates you have in mind.
We will be happy to guide you gently and see whether WhiteLight is the right space for you at this time.
